How does the Flex Digital Range Extender work?  The device receives in your digital broadcast, boosts the signal, and then transmits it out.  Handheld two way radios broadcast at a maximum of 5 watts and the antenna height is limited.  By increasing your antenna height, you can significantly increase the range of your radios.  

Can I use both UHF and VHF frequencies?  Yes, but you can only use one channel at a time and the channel must be digital for the Flex Range Extender to work.  

Will the Flex Digital Range Extender work with analog radios?  No.
