How do I know if my XPR3300e in UL Rated?  Currently, radios which have been UL Certified are identified with a White Dot on the bottom of the radio and the serial number is registered with Motorola Solutions.  

Can I use aftermarket accessories with a Motorola XPR3300e Intrinsically Safe Two Way Radio?  No.  Only select Motorola two way radio accessories can be used with an Intrinsically Safe Radio.
